I can say, without question, the experience (in the Rehabilitation Services Center) was not only positive, but it was also fantastic. The staff from admissions to nursing to rehab and care-taking were amazing. The family cannot express appreciation enough during this time. It tuned out to be a truly wonderful experience for all concerned.

I recently had the opportunity to visit your facility while visiting my father. I must tell you that I worked as a Social/Activity Director in long-term care in my home state of Texas. I am embarrassed to say that Texas can’t hold a candle to you. I have never had the pleasure of being in a facility that is so clean, and so well managed. Your staffing is superior to what is offered here. My experience was so enjoyable that I would love to be able to visit more often.

From the beginning, when my mother was in rehabilitation after surgery, every person in the facility that came in contact with her was attentive, many knew her name and mine and our every need was either anticipated or immediately satisfied if made known.

It is important to me that you know how pleased I am that we chose Ingham County Rehabilitation Services for my recovery from surgery. I was a patient at your Dobie Road facility for three and a half weeks and could not have expected better care than I received.

As a former nursing administrator, I was apprehensive about my mother’s follow-up care at your skilled nursing facility having incurred a less than positive experience elsewhere. However, we were extremely please to witness the professional and caring manner exhibited by your staff.

I know I speak for my entire family in expressing heartfelt gratitude for the extraordinary level of care our mother received in her nearly two years at ICMCF. We were comforted in knowing that she was not just in good but exceptional hands. There was not a single staffer at any level who missed a beat in treating our mother with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity.
