Desiree has worked in the Dining Services field for over 10 years, with the majority of those years contributing to the Dobie Difference. Good, healthy food is a way to people’s hearts and Desiree aims to make people happy with every meal service.
Stacey Swift, CDM, CFPP, Dining Services Supervisor
Stacey has an associates degree in Hospitality Administration, specializing in the Culinary Arts and has worked in food service for over 20 years. Stacey has been with Dobie since 2011 and enjoys getting to know all the residents and patients that come to Dobie!
Erynn Hill, Dining Services Supervisor
Erynn has worked in the food industry since 2004 and has been a part of Team Dobie since 2012. Previously she worked at Fowlerville Farms Family Restaurant and has attended Central Michigan University. Erynn enjoys working at Dobie because to her, making each resident and patient as happy as possible makes all the difference!
Sarah Heinz, MS, RDN, Clinical Dietician
Sarah received her Bachelors of Science degree from Michigan State University in 2007 and completed her Masters degree and dietetic internship at Eastern Illinois University in 2008. Sarah has been the Registered Dietitian at Dobie since 2009 and enjoys being a part of the path to recovery for patients that have a passion for improving their health and well-being.
Dawn Polley, CDM, Clinical Dietary Manager
Dawn received her certification from Auburn University in 1992 and has worked in long term care since 1989. Dawn began her career at a 50 bed facility in northern Michigan and has been a part of Team Dobie since 2000.
